Halayen al’ummar Lebanon mai bangarori da yawa; tushen fahimtar tsarin wilaya na Shahid Nasrullah
A jawabin nasa, Dr. Mujtaba Amani ya bayyana matsayin Wilayatul Faƙih a tunanin rundunonin muƙawama, yana mai cewa: “Tushen aƙidar Sayyid Hassan Nasrullah game da mulkin wilaya da cikakken biyayyarsa ga Wilayatul Faƙih ya samo asali ne daga zurfin fahimtarsa game da bukatun wayewa da siyasar duniyar Musulunci. Don fahimtar wannan matsayi, dole ne a fara da fahimtar halayen al’ummar da ya yi aiki a cikinta.”
Ya ƙara da cewa: “Tsarin al’ummar Lebanon ya dogara ne kan manyan ginshiƙai biyu: Musulunci da Kiristanci, kuma kowanne yana da rassa da ƙabilu daban‑daban. A Lebanon akwai ƙabilu guda 18 da aka amince da su a hukumance, ciki har da Shi’a, Sunna, Druze, da rassa daban‑daban na Kiristoci kamar Katolika, Maronite da Armeniya. Domin kauce wa yaƙe‑yaƙen cikin gida, an tsara yarjejeniyoyi da ke tabbatar da daidaito tsakanin dukkan waɗannan ƙabilu.”
Da yake ishara da yarjejeniyar Ƙabilu, Amani ya ce: “Wannan yarjejeniya da aka cimma a Saudiyya bayan dogon yaƙin basasa ta ƙara tabbatar da tsarin ƙabilanci a Lebanon. Daya daga cikin siffofin Lebanon shi ne cewa kowace ƙabila tana da tushen goyon baya a wajen ƙasar. Saboda haka, ra’ayoyin ‘ƙasa’ da ‘al’umma’ suna fuskantar ƙalubale. Duk da ƙoƙarin tallata taken kamar ‘Lebanon farko’, a aikace ba a ganin Lebanon a matsayin al’umma ɗaya cikakkiya kamar yadda ake gani a Iran, Syria ko Saudiyya. A cewar masana da dama, babu ‘al’umma’ guda ɗaya mai ƙarfi a Lebanon.”

Dr. Amani ya ci gaba da cewa: “Rashin ingantacciyar ƙasa ɗaya ya sa neman tallafi daga ƙasashen waje ko ma bin umarninsu bai zama abin kunya ga wasu shugabanni da jama’a ba. Misali, a lokacin zaɓen shugaban ƙasa, akwai ƙungiyar ƙasashe biyar — Amurka, Faransa, Masar, Saudiyya da Qatar — inda jakadunsu ke shiga tattaunawa kai tsaye da jami’an Lebanon.”
Ya ce: “A ƙasa mai cikakken yanci, irin wannan abu zai iya zama cin amanar ƙasa, amma a Lebanon abu ne da aka saba da shi. Wannan ya samo asali ne daga dangantakar ƙabilu da ƙasashen waje. Shugaban ƙabila ya bambanta da shugaban jam’iyya. A yanzu, Sheikh Ali Khatib shi ne shugaban Shi’a, Patriarch Beshara al‑Rai shi ne shugaban Maronite, Mufti na Lebanon shi ne shugaban Sunni. Haka nan Walid Jumblatt da Sheikh Aql suna wakiltar Druze, Sheikh Ali Qaddour shugaban Alawiyyawa ne, yayin da shugaban cocin Armeniya a Lebanon shi ne shugaban Armeniya na duniya baki ɗaya. Wannan tsarin ya buɗe ƙofa ga tasirin ƙasashen waje.”
Ya ƙara da cewa: “A baya Syria da Hafiz al‑Assad, daga baya Bashar al‑Assad, suna da tasiri wajen zaɓen shugaban Lebanon. Bayan raunin rawar Syria, Amurka, Faransa da Saudiyya sun mamaye wannan fage. Wannan ya hana gina al’umma guda ɗaya. A gefe guda, Isra’ila ta dade tana kallon Lebanon a matsayin wani yanki da za ta iya mamayewa a duk lokacin da ta so.”
Imam Musa Sadr da sauyin matsayin Shi’a a Lebanon
Dr. Amani ya ce: “Kafin motsin Imam Musa Sadr da juyin juya halin Musulunci na Iran, Shi’a a Lebanon suna cikin mawuyacin hali. Sun kasance masu ƙaranci a adadi, masu raunin tattalin arziki da siyasa. Imam Musa Sadr ya fahimci wannan hali, ya kuma fara motsi domin sauya shi.”
Ya ce: “Na taɓa tambayar Sayyid Hassan Nasrullah dalilin ɓacewar Imam Musa Sadr. Ya ce motsin Imam Sadr, tun kafin juyin juya halin Iran, ya zama barazana ga Isra’ila da kuma ƙungiyoyin da ba su da aƙidar addini. Isra’ila ta tsara a sa Shi’a da Falasɗinawa su yi yaƙi a kudancin Lebanon. Amma Imam Musa Sadr ya haɗa ‘Shi’a’ da ‘muƙawama’, wanda ya rushe wannan shiri. Saboda haka aka kawar da shi.”
Shigar aƙidar Wilayatul Faƙih da kafuwar Hizbullah
Dr. Amani ya ce: “Bayan nasarar juyin juya halin Iran, wannan tafarki ya ƙara ƙarfi. Hizbullah ta samu kafuwa bisa umarnin Imam Khumaini (RA). Akidarta ta samo asali ne daga Wilayatul Faƙih, ta haɗa aƙida, makami da tattalin arziki. Hizbullah ta yi ƙoƙarin haɗa Musulmi da Kiristoci a karkashin ƙin mamayar Isra’ila.”
Ya ce Sayyid Hassan Nasrullah bai ɓoye biyayyarsa ga wilaya ba, yana cewa: “Tufafinmu, abincinmu da makamammu duk daga Iran suke.”
Tsohon Jakadan ya ce: “Wannan biyayya ba ta saɓa da muradun Lebanon ba. Manufar Jamhuriyar Musulunci ita ce ‘yancin kai da martabar Lebanon. A yau, Hizbullah ta wuce tsarin ƙabilanci, ta zama ginshiƙi na zaman lafiya da tsaro ga dukkan Lebanon. Ba wai kawai tana kare Shi’a ba, tana kare cikakken yankin ƙasar, ‘yanci da mutuncin al’ummar Lebanon ne baki ɗaya.”
